Los cuatro trabajadores de origen mexicano de la panadería de Houston «El Bolillo» (Sí, en español, así se llama) quedaron atrapados en el local a la llegada de Harvey y, como todavía tenían energía eléctrica y un par de toneladas de harina, se entretuvieron haciendo pan.
El objetivo que se pusieron fue el de ayudar a la gente que, por causa del huracán, podría quedar atrapada y sin comida. El pan que prepararon fue tanto que pudieron distribuirlo en varios centros de refugiados a lo largo de la ciudad.
La gente, que se enteró vía redes sociales del tema, se dedicaron a agradecer el gesto de estas personas que se olvidaron de sus propios problemas y se dedicaron a ayudar a la gente.
