Carrie Fisher, a quién todo mundo recuerda por su rol como Princesa Leia en la trilogía original de Star Wars, murio esta mañana en el hospital de la Universidad de California en Los Ángeles.
La actriz había sufrido un infarto durante un vuelo de Londres a la ciudad californiana el pasado viernes y, aunque ya había sido reportada como «estable», hoy fue anunciado el deceso por su hija.
Hija de dos grandes personalidades, Eddie Fisher y Debbie Reynolds, nació en Beberly Hills; tuvo una fama tempranera (tenía apenas 19 años cuando filmó Star Wars), una historia de lucha contra las drogas para más tarde desarrollarse como escritora y guionista.
Tenía 60 años, descanse en paz.
