Le prometió en el kinder que se casaría con ella ¡20 años después lo cumple!

Se conocieron en el kinder, fueron los mejores amigos y en lugar de tomar siseta, preferían jugar y estar juntos; y fue ahí precisamente en el kinder, frente a sus compañeros en donde Matt le dijo que un día se casarían.

«Hacíamos casi todo juntos», añadió…»Éramos dinamita pura»…»A él lo recuerdo como el niño chistoso del kinder»…dice Laura al recordar a Matt.

Al finalizar el kínder la vida los separó, años después, exactamente en la prepa, se reencontraron cuando Laura vio en el celular de un amigo el nombre de Matt, fue así como se reencontraron por casualidad, por ese amigo en común

Ella estaba nerviosa y dudosa al principio, «No quería salir con él al principio», dijo Laura. «Pero me escribió y nos llevamos muy bien»; sin embargo, luego de dos semanas decidieron ser novios.

Fue un 23 de mayo del 2015, cuando Matt decidió ser fiel a su promesa del kinder y le propuso matrimonio a Laura en el lugar todo empezó … ¡En el aula del kinder!

«Uno de mis primeros recuerdos es el de estar 3 años de edad y de pie delante de mi clase de preescolar, declarando que iba a casarse con ella algún día»…»Estaba enamorado de Laura de niño, sigo estándolo», dijo Matt recordando aquel momento en el kinder de Phoenix en el que le hizo la promesa

«Laura and I met in preschool. One of my very first memories is of being 3 years old and standing up in front of my pre-school class, declaring that I would marry her someday. As kids, Laura taught me how to ride the swings, draw rolling hills, and the ‘right way’ to properly eat string cheese. We have fond memories of playing hide-and-go-seek, chasing after each other on the playground, and mischievously staying up during nap time. I was enamored with Laura as a child, and I still am to this day. Eventually, we lost touch upon entering our Elementary School days and for the next seven years, our family’s annual Christmas cards was the only way we ever saw each other’s faces. It wasn’t until High School that we reconnected by happenstance through a mutual friend. Within two weeks, we decided to be boyfriend and girlfriend. We continued to date through out all of High School, even though we went to different schools. We even stuck together long-distance while attending colleges in different states. We remained a resilient couple until May 23rd, 2015 when I decided to stay true to my preschool pledge and make Laura my wife. I proposed to her at the place it all began… our preschool classroom.»
