La tormenta tropical Franklin tocó tierra en Quintana Roo ayer a las 10 de la noche y se encuentra sobre la península de Yucatan.
El Servicio Meteorológico recomendó extremar precauciones por efectos de lluvias, viento y oleaje, así como atender los avisos del Sistema Nacional de Protección Civil de cada entidad.
Franklin mantiene vientos máximos sostenidos de 95 kilómetros por hora y rachas de 110.
La tormenta se desplaza al oeste-noroeste a 22 km/h y provocará tormentas torrenciales en regiones de Quintana Roo, y tormentas intensas en zonas de Yucatán, Campeche, Tabasco y Chiapas.
