Esta es una iniciativa propuesta por la bancada del PRI en la asamblea legislativa de la Ciudad de México: los peatones que crucen una vialidad con el teléfono en el oído serán acreedores a una sanción y serán llevados al Torito.
¿La base? Afirman los del tricolor que México ocupa el séptimo lugar a nivel mundial en muertes por accidentes de tránsito.
